Chow-Callam 150Jean Chow-Callam is a Senior Managing Director in the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice of FTI Consulting in Los Angeles, and she served as Asia Leader – US Regulatory and Anti-Corruption, based in Hong Kong from 2011 to 2016. With more than 25 years of professional experience in providing consulting services, Ms. Chow-Callam specializes in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) cases, corporate internal investigations, securities litigation, and other white collar crime investigations resulting from the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) and Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) reporting violations.  Ms. Chow-Callam has led numerous cross border investigations.  She has worked for companies under investigation, for audit committees, special committees, and for the US Department of Justice (“DOJ”) or Court-appointed monitors.

Ms. Chow-Callam is a frequent speaker on anti-corruption, fraud awareness, and fraud detection/prevention methods, including presenting at American Bar Association events, Stanford University Rock Center’s Directors’ College on subjects of international investigations, and anti-corruption.  She has been named in Who’s Who Legal in areas of Forensic Accounting, Investigations, and Consulting Experts.  Ms. Chow-Callam is also fluent in multiple dialects in Chinese.
